Return & Exchange Policy

THE FINICKY COLORIST DOES NOT endorse any return/refund orexchange (apart from size) policy as a standard company protocol, irrespective of a domestic or international order.

However, Once the TFC pieces are sold they can be exchanged in preplacement to a bigger or a smallersize of the same style (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met).

Product is eligible for size exchange only if it meets the following requirements

  • 1. If it is not from the sale section
  • 2. If it is to be exchanged in the same article style
  • 3.If informed to customer care with 48 hours
  • 4. Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for exchange.

Follow the steps below:

  • If the product is not from sale section& eligible for size exchange, you may write to us at thefinickycolorist@gmail.com within 24 working hours of delivery to request an exchange.
  • Once acknowledged by the team during next working day, please send the product back to us yourself, we do not have reverse pickup facility.
  • Please do not forget to take acknowledgement receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. THE FINICKY COLORIST will not be responsible for any lost shipment.
  • The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail.

  • Size Exchange can be done within 7 days for the date of delivery
  • Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for exchange.
  • Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel along with the size needed.
  • Please do note, that exchange is allowed once per order.

FIT & SIZE (for made to order merchandise)

Kindly refer to our standard size-chart for a better understanding of the body measurements that fit you best. Fit valiantly depends on the cut and style respectively. Each garment has an ease of at least 2-3 inches overall in addition to the measurements on the size-chart for a comfortable fit.

Bespoke outfits shall be made according to the measurements provided by the customer. If the fit varies due to inaccurate measurements provided to us, alterations will be chargeable henceforth.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or refunded upon request after being processed by our team. All orders are handcrafted especially for you, hence The Finicky Colorist reserves the right to accept or cancel orders at any given point.

Kindly note that the sale outfits cannot be exchanged or returned. No alterations shall be accepted for items on sale. Size exchange not applicable on the sale merchandise.
